Sr. Analyst, Growth & Innovation

Location: Hybrid in Berwyn, Pennsylvania, United States; willingness and ability to work from Berwyn required. Frequent travel to business unit operations may be required.

What you will do

• Project manage priority growth, strategy, and operating model initiatives with strategy, finance, sales, operations, and Transformation Management Office stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement operating model improvements to increase efficiency and process execution across the hirify.global Properties division.
• Support the development, scoping, and implementation of new organic and inorganic growth initiatives.
• Build business plans, success metrics, and KPI frameworks for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Generate internal analyses and stakeholder presentations communicating business impact.
• Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to inform short- and long-term growth strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in advisory services, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar field.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, with experience in detailed financial analysis and modeling.
• Fluency in AI tools and workflows, including Claude and ChatGPT.
• Experience leading projects and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
