Salary: $83,000–$109,000 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do
- Analyze business, financial, and performance data across the dealer network to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for business decision-making.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by gathering data, monitoring progress, and providing analytical insights.
- Conduct research and root cause analysis, then recommend practical solutions to business challenges.
- Measure program performance and business outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, sales support, analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, including work with large datasets.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business intelligence or reporting tools.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
