Sr Manager, Strategic Planning

Location: In-office presence four days per week at the Dallas, Texas Venue Support Center; work authorization in the U.S. is required.

What you will do

• Partner with senior and executive leadership to define, prioritize, implement, and communicate growth strategies.
• Lead strategic initiatives supporting business growth, operational effectiveness, profitability, and long-term enterprise success.
• Conduct business, financial, market, and competitive analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic trade-offs.
• Develop business cases, actionable recommendations, executive presentations, and strategic insights.
• Build and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to track strategic performance and accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor colleagues, and drive alignment and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, strategy, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on enterprise-level strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy capabilities.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
