What you will do
- Ensure machinery meets health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop maintenance schedules and conduct routine equipment inspections and servicing.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and audit-ready maintenance systems.
- Train staff on safe equipment use and emergency procedures, and coordinate specialized repairs with contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with PLCs, robotics, or advanced automation systems.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and maintenance software, including CMMS.
- Eligibility to work in Morocco is required. Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are also required.
