Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is building the first AI agent to manage physical assets like cars and homes, starting with car insurance and expanding into adjacent verticals. The company is fully remote with offices in Palo Alto, New York, Chicago, and Toronto.

What you will do

• Define the right business problems and ensure analyses answer key questions.
• Build metrics, reports, run analyses, design experiments, and surface data insights.
• Drive outcomes by delivering recommendations and influencing product, growth, finance, and operations teams.
• Embed within core business units such as growth marketing, product development, AI & automation, or strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
• 6+ years experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech companies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver impact.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
