Senior R&D Technologist (Food Science)

What you will do

• Contribute to business and category strategy discussions for sauces and Taste Elevation.
• Lead large, technically complex, and strategically important projects through the company process.
• Coordinate alignment, decision-making, and execution across multiple functions, teams, and regions.
• Translate consumer, customer, market, and technology insights into portfolio and growth opportunities.
• Define and drive the R&D roadmap covering innovation, renovation, productivity, and value creation.
• Coach technologists and strengthen technical capability, collaboration, and execution standards.

Requirements

• MSc in Food Science & Technology, or an equivalent degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of product development experience in the food industry.
• Experience working in complex, matrix, and international environments.
• Ability to manage complex projects and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
• Strategic thinking, consumer and customer focus, and the ability to translate science and technology into consumer-driven solutions.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
