Location: Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands; hybrid working with the option of up to 40% from home

What you will do

• Develop an LC-MS and automated data-processing workflow for intact-protein glycosylation analysis across monoclonal, bispecific, and trispecific biotherapeutics.
• Build a toolbox for predicting antibody function from manufacturing process parameters and product quality attributes.
• Investigate how biotherapeutic engineering and manufacturing conditions influence structure–function relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external academic partner institutions.
• Publish research in scientific journals and present results at international conferences.

Requirements

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific field.
• 0–2 years of postdoctoral experience in academia or industry.
• Hands-on experience with LC-MS, data processing, and interpretation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience publishing peer-reviewed scientific articles and presenting research at scientific conferences.
