Senior Research Associate Biochemistry (Bioconjugation)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, document, and improve experiments involving antibodies, proteins, enzymatic reactions, and chemical bioconjugation.
• Perform protein purification and characterization using chromatography, electrophoresis, UPLC, and mass spectrometry techniques.
• Conduct cell-based cytotoxicity, reporter cell line, and ELISA-based functional assays; coordinate outsourced studies with CROs.
• Interpret experimental data, draw conclusions, propose next steps, and prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Own timelines and quality for sub-projects, contribute to project meetings and collaborations, and prepare examples for IP filings.
• Maintain ELN records and SOPs, review colleagues’ experiments, troubleshoot instruments, manage laboratory inventory, and supervise interns.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology.
• 2–4 years of relevant biochemistry experience.
• Strong laboratory focus, attention to detail, and high experimental standards.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and translate results into actionable next steps.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software, including MS Office.
