Senior Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; full-time with frequent travel to project sites required.

What you will do

• Lead multiple projects from planning and procurement through field execution and closeout.
• Manage project teams, resources, schedules, budgets, safety, and quality expectations.
• Drive profitable and timely project completion.
• Build and maintain client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication and collaboration.
• Hire, train, and develop employees while providing strong project leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.

• Experience with B2W software.
