Sr. Analyst (AI – Global Compliance)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home. Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $87,000–$148,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Discretionary bonus eligibility may apply.

What you will do

• Support enterprise AI strategy initiatives and advise first-line Technology, business, and transformation stakeholders.
• Design and implement AI-related compliance processes, controls, oversight, and governance.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk Management, and other second-line functions on regulatory and policy requirements.
• Develop and execute second-line compliance monitoring and testing for AI-related risks.
• Build and maintain the Global Compliance operating model supporting AI initiatives.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, dependencies, working groups, training, and guidance across concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in compliance, enterprise risk, emerging technology risk, or related areas.
• Experience translating regulatory expectations into practical, implementable controls.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, regulatory change, multiple priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• US work authorization without current or future employment visa sponsorship requirement.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI, data, privacy, conduct risk, or operational resilience regulation in global financial services.
• Experience with enterprise risk management, model risk management, data governance, emerging technology risk, or digital transformation.
• Experience designing or executing second-line monitoring and testing programs.
• Experience partnering with Technology and business teams on compliance risk mitigation.
