Salary: $189,000–$230,700 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic liaison between AI innovation teams and enterprise control functions.
• Develop and sustain enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks, guardrails, and policies.
• Partner with legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and model risk teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify and mitigate emerging AI-related risks and compliance concerns.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable guidance for executive stakeholders.
• Support the scaling of AI initiatives by addressing regulatory requirements early in the process.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in GRC, Model Risk Management, Data Governance, or Legal/Compliance.
• Experience designing enterprise governance frameworks for AI or advanced analytics.
• Expert understanding of regulatory environments such as NCUA, CFPB, or GLBA.
• Demonstrated experience working with emerging technologies, including AI or Generative AI.
