Salary: USD 75,000–100,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day compliance coverage for Global Markets equities sales, trading, and strats personnel.
• Advise business teams on applicable laws, regulations, policies, and regulatory expectations.
• Assess new business initiatives and coordinate stakeholders within the governance framework.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs for equities professionals.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, inquiries, and cross-divisional regulatory projects.
• Perform look-backs, oversee compliance escalations, and assess potential risks and breaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, or financial services.
• General knowledge of regulations governing broker-dealers, swap dealers, and other regulated financial services entities, including SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, NYSE, Nasdaq, CBOE, and ISE requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience participating in or leading regulatory projects and business initiatives requiring compliance input.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work under pressure while remaining organized.
