What you will do
- Direct and coordinate large single- and multidisciplinary projects through development, initiation, execution, and close-out.
- Supervise project staff and mentor less-experienced Project Managers.
- Manage client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, production, and project review meetings.
- Coordinate staffing, workload, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and financial performance across multiple concurrent projects.
- Serve as Project-in-Charge, Project Sponsor, or Client Manager for selected projects and clients.
- Implement QA/QC procedures and support workshare management, innovative technology adoption, and staff engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 15 years of related experience, including at least 7 years of project management experience.
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location, such as a PE or P.Eng license.
- Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
- Leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
- Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.

- Master's degree.
- PMP certification.
