Principal Project Manager (Water)

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate large single- and multidisciplinary projects through development, initiation, execution, and close-out.
• Supervise project staff and mentor less-experienced Project Managers.
• Manage client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, production, and project review meetings.
• Coordinate staffing, workload, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and financial performance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as Project-in-Charge, Project Sponsor, or Client Manager for selected projects and clients.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and support workshare management, innovative technology adoption, and staff engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15 years of related experience, including at least 7 years of project management experience.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location, such as a PE or P.Eng license.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Access.
