Associate Recruiter (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a minimum of two days per week in the office; remote work is available on other days.

Salary: $49,920–$65,100 annually, varying by U.S. work location, knowledge, position level, and experience.

Weatherby Healthcare, a division of hirify.global, provides locum tenens staffing for physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners at hospitals and healthcare facilities across all 50 U.S. states.

What you will do

• Generate calling lists and searches to build a pipeline of qualified healthcare providers.
• Respond to inquiries from potential candidates who connect through the company website.
• Contact new and existing providers to develop interest in working with Weatherby.
• Source providers and maintain the provider database.
• Achieve monthly goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Comfort with heavy phone activity, including cold calling.
• Persuasive and professional written and oral communication skills.
• Experience managing a large-scale database system.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and spreadsheet software such as Excel.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work from the Fort Lauderdale office at least twice per week.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• One year of experience in sales or sales support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and large volumes of information and documentation.
