What you will do

• Improve and maintain the site Quality Management System and related processes in line with global standards and customer needs.
• Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and suppliers on warranty requirements, customer contracts, and warranty return analysis.
• Define, monitor, and improve quality KPIs and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Lead customer claim management, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and complaint resolution.
• Facilitate internal, external, customer, and cross-site audits while driving follow-up improvement actions.
• Coordinate quality initiatives, standards, guidelines, and training across the site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of quality experience.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft software programs.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and effective relationships with employees, managers, and external business contacts.
