Technical Sales Engineer (Mechanical Engineering)

What you will do

• Develop Klüber's business in the assigned area and industry while achieving sales and gross profit targets.
• Identify, develop, and track new sales opportunities to support sustainable business growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Provide product introductions, new product promotion, technical seminars, and solutions for customer issues, complaints, and quality problems.
• Coordinate with internal sales and finance teams to support timely customer payments.
• Share project, market, competitor, and sales information and submit forecasts, visit reports, plans, and reviews on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the mechanical industry.
• Excellent English reading and speaking skills.
• Excellent communication and document processing skills, with the ability to demonstrate practical solutions to clients.
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel.
