Assistant Key Account Manager - Regional Modern Trade

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategies for assigned regional modern trade accounts to achieve annual targets and improve profitability.
• Manage customer expectations, including offer requirements and competitor activity, and communicate updates to the ZSM.
• Monitor orders received through ARS and track account target achievement.
• Develop joint business plans with trade partners covering annual targets, offers, and marketing inputs.
• Coordinate with trade marketing to define requirements and ensure implementation.
• Monitor store stock levels to prevent overstocking and underperformance against available inventory.

Requirements

• Graduate degree or higher.
• Experience working with modern trade in a regional category team or head office while managing brands.
• 5–8 years of experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar role with another brand.
• Experience with account target tracking, assortment data, off-take sales, fill rates, and stock monitoring.
