Strategic Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid Flex - Durham, United States

Salary: $81,068–$129,708 annually, plus annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain shared governance across CuraCor Solutions, Alo Solutions, and FastMed LLC.
• Coordinate governance meetings, identify partnership initiatives, and support workstream prioritization through business cases.
• Analyze data and conduct research on partnerships and care delivery asset growth opportunities.
• Oversee partnership implementation by defining scope, developing project plans, allocating resources, managing risks, and tracking KPIs.
• Coordinate ancillary partnership activities, including communications, legal and compliance work, and financial monitoring.
• Prepare progress and performance presentations for senior leadership and provide input on new partnerships and transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Five or more years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Durham.

Nice to have

• Experience in business development, strategic planning, market or product development, business operations, healthcare operations, or project management.
• Experience working with healthcare providers or payors.
• For internal candidates, 3–5 years of broad healthcare or health insurance experience with exposure to innovation, strategy, operations, or business development.
