What you will do

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other retail media platforms.
• Analyze performance data and provide recommendations aligned with client goals, category dynamics, and growth targets.
• Lead client-facing weekly calls covering optimizations, pacing, test results, and next steps.
• Build forecasting, pacing, reporting, and dashboard frameworks that turn complex data into actionable narratives.
• Partner with Retail Operations and Creative teams on feed health, assets, measurement, and campaign readiness.
• Monitor Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Instacart updates while proposing pilots, tests, and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail media experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience executing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
• Intermediate or stronger knowledge of Amazon, Instacart, and Walmart Connect.
• Experience with Velocity dashboards or similar marketplace intelligence tools.
• Beginner SQL skills and strong Excel skills for exploratory analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and quality assurance.
• Clear client-facing communication, strong presentation skills, and a collaborative, adaptable approach.
