What you will do
- Develop and execute eCommerce media strategies across digital retail platforms to improve traffic, conversion, and sales.
- Manage client relationships, present actionable insights, and align media plans with business goals.
- Lead platform operations across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other retail media networks.
- Oversee media planning, trafficking, QA workflows, dashboards, and internal reporting.
- Translate performance analytics into recommendations and compelling client-facing narratives.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with creative, legal, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Skai, Pacvue, and CommerceIQ.
- Strong attribution, analytics, and data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau and Snowflake.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams and delivering media strategies in eRetail contexts.
- Ability to connect media planning with broader business goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience creating efficient workflows, QA processes, and advanced reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency with Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging retail-integrated media channels.
