Inside Sales Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage customer inquiries through order placement accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams.
• Maintain customer, pricing, and sales data in CRM, ERP, and other business systems.
• Support contract administration and follow up on quotations, sample requests, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial sales support, technical sales, customer service, or another customer-facing business environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and business management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with engineering drawings, technical documentation, or aerospace industry requirements.
