ISR Program Analyst (DoD)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States (On-site)

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide high-level airborne and space ISR expertise to senior leadership.
• Draft testimony, responses to Congressional actions, and budget appeals.
• Represent client equities in ISR requirements and programming studies.
• Support the PPBE process, including focus team participation and issue paper development.
• Manage classified electronic files across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS systems.
• Prepare executive-level briefs, talking papers, and memoranda.

Requirements

• Must hold an active TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
• 5 years of experience supporting airborne or space ISR programs within the DoD.
• Experience with DoD/IC staff-level processes (PPBE, requirements, or budget development).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
