Location: Dayton, Ohio, United States; residence in or willingness to relocate to the assigned territory is required. The role involves regular hospital and operating room presence, logistical support, and travel that may include weekends and overnight stays.
Salary: $54,000–$87,400 base pay annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do
- Guide and assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures by providing clinical and technical support in the operating room.
- Attend surgeries as the company representative and ensure the required equipment is available and functioning.
- Troubleshoot physician and customer needs while managing hospital billing and purchase orders.
- Share customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams.
- Consult with operating room and sterile processing departments.
- Track, maintain, deploy, and transport instruments, implants, equipment, and other assets across the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or an associate degree/medical certification with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or at least 4 years of relevant experience; recently transitioned military personnel may also qualify.
- Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
- Ability to work in a laboratory and operating room environment and reside in or relocate to the assigned territory.
- Ability to travel, including potential weekend and overnight travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem-solving, business acumen, and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology; surgical instrument and procedure knowledge is preferred.
