What you will do
- Execute short-, medium-, and long-term replenishment strategies for assigned materials.
- Balance material availability with inventory investment and support inventory reduction initiatives.
- Coordinate material change management with Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Suppliers, Quality, and Finance.
- Optimize SAP MRP parameters and improve material planning and supply chain processes using lean principles.
- Align supply chain activities with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams.
- Identify supplier capacity constraints and implement contingency plans to maintain supply.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP, supply planning, and material planning principles.
- Experience with supply chain planning software and tools such as OMP, Kinaxis, O9, or SAP APO is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
