Compounder - 3rd Shift

Location: Grand Island, New York, United States; onsite, third shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday nights.

Hourly pay: $25.17–$27.17 per hour.

What you will do

• Accurately weigh, check, and verify chemical compounds used in product formulation.
• Mix pharmaceutical compounds in a Class 100,000 clean room while following cGMP requirements and departmental SOPs.
• Monitor mixing and ancillary support equipment throughout formulation and filling operations.
• Perform equipment calibrations, preventive maintenance, minor adjustments, changeovers, and setup activities.
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and coordinate with Aseptic Control, Filler, and Stopper Prep Operators.

Requirements

• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or process-related manufacturing is required.
• Ability to accurately weigh and measure materials and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Good attention to detail, basic problem-solving, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Ability to complete PPE training, including respirator qualification, and communicate effectively in English.
• Associates degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Nanotechnology or related manufacturing experience.
