Lyophilization Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Grand Island, NY, United States. Full-time, onsite, 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday nights.

Hourly range: $21.50–$23.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Perform lyophilization activities, including loading, unloading, cleaning, sanitization, and equipment preparation.
• Initiate, monitor, and troubleshoot lyophilization cycles.
• Operate and maintain Line 10, including setup, changeover, adjustments, and minor repairs to capping and vial-wash machines.
• Complete batch documentation in accordance with cGMPs and follow SOP, safety, and aseptic technique requirements.
• Handle assigned antineoplastic products, including respirator use and required certification.
• Work with maintenance to resolve mechanical issues and perform overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to chest height as needed.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required for regulated workplace policies, procedures, training materials, and communications.
• Mechanical and/or microbiology experience is preferred.
