Sales Support Representative - Bilingual (Laboratory)

Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay range: $55,000–$60,000 per year plus bonus.

What you will do

• Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, website inquiries, and service channels.
• Qualify, nurture, and manage sales leads, quotations, and opportunities.
• Independently manage and close designated low-value and transactional sales opportunities.
• Develop new business through outbound prospecting, customer outreach, and appointment setting.
• Schedule meetings and customer visits for Field Sales Representatives and maintain relationships with strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, and Contract Administration teams while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in science or engineering.
• Two to three years of combined customer service, sales, call center, or related experience.
• Professional bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
• Ability and technical acumen to learn about products and services.
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada is required.
