Equipment Sales Support (Dental Equipment)

Location: Remote in British Columbia, Canada; ability to work from home or office.

Salary: CAD 54,200–81,200 annual

What you will do

• Process and coordinate dental equipment orders from quotation through invoicing.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate pricing with sales representatives and review promotions and clearance items.
• Verify order data, credit applications, down payments, and other terms before entering orders.
• Process special orders and resolve order challenges promptly.
• Liaise with manufacturer representatives and internal departments to meet customer needs and support inventory sales.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, problem-solving, multitasking, telephone etiquette, and listening skills.
• Basic financial and accounting knowledge is an asset.
• Dental equipment knowledge is preferred.
