Manufacturing Security Specialist (OT Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead deployment of the OT cybersecurity program across global manufacturing sites.
• Review automation, capital, SIS, and digitalization projects for cybersecurity compliance, including design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and Management of Change processes.
• Develop and maintain PCN cybersecurity standards, best practices, OT network diagrams, and site auditing processes.
• Deploy secure remote access, vulnerability management, asset discovery, backup and recovery, EDR/XDR, MFA, security monitoring, and OT network management solutions.
• Implement SIS network segmentation and secure communications architectures, and participate in OT cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Develop and test OT/PCN disaster recovery plans, support investigations, and mentor site engineers on secure network design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience focused on OT and ICS in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OT/PCN network architecture, network segmentation, and the Purdue model.
• Experience in manufacturing, process industry, chemical, energy, life sciences, or similar industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing secure remote access, asset and inventory management, backup and recovery, and EDR solutions.
