OT Cybersecurity Specialist (Industrial Control Systems)

What you will do

• Support OT cybersecurity initiatives across data center operational technology environments.
• Assist with OT asset discovery, inventory validation, network segmentation, and control mapping.
• Support OT risk assessments, remediation tracking, and risk-based prioritization.
• Coordinate with site operations, automation, physical security, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain OT cybersecurity standards, procedures, runbooks, and operational handoff documentation.
• Support OT security tool deployment, configuration validation, reporting integration, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity or industrial control system security.
• Experience with data centers, critical infrastructure, building automation, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, or ICS environments.
• Knowledge of OT network segmentation, secure remote access, asset inventory, risk assessment, and remediation tracking.
• Experience with NIST CSF, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, or comparable control frameworks.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in live OT environments and coordinate with site operations and automation teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for frequent client interaction by email, calls, and meetings.

Nice to have

• Degree in Industrial Controls, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting audit readiness and regional OT cybersecurity workstreams.
