Senior Project Manager, Residential Land Development

Location: Orlando, Florida or Jacksonville, Florida office

What you will do

• Supervise residential land development projects to meet client agreements, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate design, plan production, permitting, project tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements while developing relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
• Contribute to company design and production standards and support the professional development of project team members.
• Participate in professional associations and civic organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the state of Florida.
• At least 10 years of experience managing substantial land development projects from conception to completion, including estimating technical task costs.
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices.
• Experience identifying opportunities with existing clients and developing new client partnerships.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.
