Commercial Construction Project Executive (Healthcare)

Salary: $163,350–$217,800 per year, with performance-based bonuses and a total benefits package.

What you will do

• Manage small- and large-scale commercial construction projects from discovery and design through development, implementation, and closeout.
• Maintain adherence to safety standards, company policies, project schedules, and Quality Control Plans.
• Negotiate contract terms, time extensions, and scope-related solutions with clients and subcontractors.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with the Preconstruction Department and other company resources.
• Assign and evaluate field personnel, delegate responsibilities, and coach assistant-level operations team members.
• Acquire new work, maintain existing client relationships, and foster positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Prior healthcare construction project experience is required.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred; additional work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings and organize people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with project-specific software, including Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards.
