Senior Video Producer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Own video production and editing from creative brief through final delivery for marketing, internal, event, and social content.
• Edit raw footage into accurate, polished, brand-aligned videos for complex and high-visibility projects.
• Create channel-specific exports in the correct formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions.
• Lead motion graphics, titles, overlays, and visual effects for video projects.
• Capture footage, stills, and event content as needed, including for high-visibility events.
• Maintain video repositories, project files, naming and archiving standards, and mentor junior producers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional video production and editing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of video production and editing principles, including lighting, audio capture, color correction, and audio cleanup.
• Strong organizational skills covering file structures, version control, digital asset management, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with professional non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or similar software for motion graphics and visual effects.
