Post Creative Strategist

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end customer experience strategies, including research, strategic vision, and design.
• Create brand, social, content, and influencer strategies for different demographic groups.
• Monitor social conversations, comments, trends, and community behavior across platforms.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative research into consumer insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build content calendars, caption banks, and trendjacking posts.
• Develop clear strategic rationales, presentations, and narratives for creative teams and clients.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and social media strategy.
• Experience with customer research, community management, and social listening.
• Ability to identify consumer insights through data, research, and cultural mining.
• Ability to interpret social media comments and distinguish behavior across platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking, ideation, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Philippines market and social media landscape.

Nice to have

• Experience working with influencers and trend-driven content.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic or creative work.
