Post Creative Strategist (Social Media Manager)

What you will do

• Develop brand, tactical social, content, and influencer strategy solutions.
• Research consumer behavior and cultural trends to identify actionable insights.
• Create content calendars, caption banks, and trendjacking posts.
• Use community management and social listening to represent the consumer voice across multiple channels.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative research into strategic recommendations for creative teams and clients.
• Build clear strategic rationales, logic flows, and presentation decks that communicate and sell ideas.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and social media platforms.
• Ability to interpret social media comments and distinguish audience behavior across platforms.
• Experience developing strategies for different demographic groups.
• Ability to collaborate closely with creative teams and maintain a customer-first perspective.
• Based in Sydney and familiar with the Australian digital and social media landscape.
