Business Analyst (Business Strategy & Operations)

Location: US - Miami, FL; at least 3 days per week in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $93,200–$144,700 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop presentations, business reviews, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership and the Client Services organization.
• Coordinate regional meetings, learning programs, events, summits, employee engagement activities, and team functions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Drive executive communications, organizational updates, leadership messaging, communication campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage learning and development programs, including skill-building workshops, AI and GenAI enablement, and leadership development initiatives.
• Support Business Continuity Planning, operational resilience governance, testing, validation exercises, employee readiness, and compliance activities.
• Analyze feedback, engagement metrics, learning outcomes, operational data, and business insights while managing process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 days in the Miami office are required.
• At least 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced degree.
• Experience managing projects, timelines, documentation, and knowledge management activities.
• Experience developing content using style guides, templates, communication assets, and documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage shifting priorities, take ownership, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
