What you will do

• Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
• Provide technical and consultative support for complex hardware and software issues.
• Use technical tools for systems development and ongoing support.
• Monitor technical industry trends and assess their relevance to Huntington.
• Support training needs and mentor less experienced staff when required.
• Lead specific projects and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an additional four years of related work experience in lieu of the degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
• Ability to work effectively with IT, vendor, and business groups.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience in a multi-platform environment.
• Ability to balance development and technical support responsibilities.
• Experience working on projects involving business segments.
