Focus on developing machining cell managers, qualifying new production capabilities, influencing manufacturability, and recovering schedules under demanding aerospace programs.

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Base salary: $178,000–$225,000 per year, plus potential equity, flexible PTO, and other benefits.

hirify.global is developing a supersonic airliner and its engine, including complex aircraft and turbine components manufactured largely in-house.

What you will do

  • Build and lead a team of machining cell managers, including organizational design, hiring, development, and performance standards.
  • Own production output and schedule recovery across all machining cells.
  • Partner with engineering on equipment commissioning, acceptance testing, first article inspection, and process qualification.
  • Define the make-in-house strategy, sourcing decisions, and capabilities required to expand production.
  • Influence part design and manufacturability before drawings are released.
  • Set common standards for handoffs, escalation, process discipline, safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience leading managers or supervisors and being accountable for output through a leadership layer.
  • Manufacturing or engineering background with substantial machining experience.
  • Track record in high-mix, precision manufacturing involving complex parts, tight tolerances, and skilled trades.
  • Experience managing difficult production schedules and recovering at-risk plans.
  • Hiring experience in skilled-trades environments.
  • Experience commissioning equipment or standing up new manufacturing capabilities.
