Total Rewards Manager (HR Operations)

Location: Based at Scion's Chicago corporate headquarters, United States; standard daytime business hours apply, with flexibility during peak periods and system implementations.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD base salary annually, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee and approve payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate administration across multiple states and companies.
• Partner with Finance on payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements.
• Manage health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs, including annual open enrollment.
• Manage broker, carrier, and vendor relationships and reconcile benefit invoices and premiums monthly.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and security, supporting upgrades, testing, reporting, dashboards, and UKG enhancements.
• Coach and mentor team members while setting priorities for timely and accurate administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll, benefits, HRIS, or HR operations.
• Experience leading teams and improving operational processes.
• Eligibility to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work at the Chicago corporate headquarters during standard daytime business hours.
