Supervisor, Formulation (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Grand Island, NY, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Salary: $73,614–$103,000 annually plus a 6% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Supervise formulation suites and controlled environmental areas supporting liquid parenteral production.
• Coordinate systems, equipment, resources, cleaning, compound preparation, and production schedules.
• Maintain area SOPs, training curricula, batch record reviews, and manufacturing documentation.
• Ensure safe operations and compliance with cGMP, DEA, OSHA, and applicable procedures.
• Lead investigations, corrective and preventive actions, audit responses, and practice-versus-procedure audits.
• Partner with HR, Quality, Maintenance, Technical Services, Material Management, Environmental, Metrology, and Validation teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a science-related BS or BA or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
• 4–5 years of pharmaceutical experience in compounding is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SOPs and cGMP rules and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with antineoplastic products and assist in the Nanotechnology department.
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds without strain.
