Manager/Sr. Manager, Finance Analytics (AI)

Salary: $200,000–$262,500 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the Finance Analytics roadmap in line with business priorities and data strategy.
• Translate ambiguous finance problems into scalable data products, AI solutions, and automation initiatives.
• Hire, develop, and mentor analysts, analytics engineers, and data product builders.
• Oversee data products, dashboards, and internal applications from design through adoption.
• Lead intelligent workflows including automation, copilots, agents, and decision-support tools.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Finance leadership to improve data quality, governance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or a related field, including 2+ years in people management.
• Deep SQL expertise and experience building scalable, production-grade data models.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong Python or similar programming experience for data transformation, automation, or application development.
• Experience building operational data products, tools, applications, or workflows beyond dashboards.
• Experience applying AI or LLM technologies such as Cortex, OpenAI, or Claude to business problems, plus strong stakeholder communication and Finance experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP, financial planning, or business planning systems.
• Background supporting finance, business operations, or analytics teams.
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
