Technology Program Manager

Location: Remote, USA

Compensation: $72–$105 per hour, plus discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional business programs across process, technology, and organizational change.
• Develop integrated plans, critical paths, resource forecasts, and success criteria across multiple workstreams.
• Manage program health, dependencies, risks, actions, issues, decisions, and delivery barriers.
• Coordinate with Technology Program Managers, Change Managers, process owners, business leaders, and Capability & Enablement teams.
• Prepare governance updates, recommendations, financial reporting, benefits realization tracking, and lessons learned.
• Own go/no-go recommendations and support operational teams with post-implementation sustainment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience with project portfolio management and reporting tools, such as Monday.com.
• Strong business operations, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance brokerage industry.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
