Technical Program Manager I (AI/Automation)

Location: Remote; Fremont, California

Salary: $55–$60 per hour

What you will do

• Define, plan, implement, and deliver complex programs within scope, quality, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-squad dependencies across multi-team delivery environments.
• Manage project scope, requirements, estimates, schedules, budgets, status reporting, and program-level risks.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, release gates, and production-readiness reviews.
• Translate business priorities into engineering-ready requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate delivery across AI and automation platforms, including Salesforce/Agentforce, AI Studio, and knowledge management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with project estimating, scheduling, tracking, risk assessment, and management.
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
• Strong customer interaction, stakeholder management, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate with business partners at different organizational levels.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• MBA or another related advanced degree.
• PMP or PMI certification.
