What you will do

• Handle materials and ensure their efficient, timely delivery to the production line.
• Monitor production processes to support efficiency and consistent quality output.
• Perform regular quality inspections and identify process deviations or operational issues.
• Collaborate with coworkers to troubleshoot production challenges and apply lean manufacturing principles.
• Complete packing and material-handling tasks, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Act as the main backup for the RA-1 Lead Operator when absent and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Familiarity with process control systems, quality checks, and inspections.
• Ability to read a ruler, understand fractions, and perform basic math; forklift experience is required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding repetitive movements.
