Account Payables Manager (Finance)

Location: Eagle, Idaho; Pennant Service Center locations in Boise, Idaho, and Salt Lake City, Utah

What you will do

• Supervise, train, and mentor the accounts payable team.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to improve financial process efficiency, accuracy, and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with internal departments to analyze financial data and support reporting and process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain financial data integrity and accurate records in accordance with accounting standards.
• Monitor AP team KPIs and improve performance related to accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and customer service.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in accounts payable is preferred.
• Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation solutions in finance or accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead process improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with RPA, ERP systems, Tipalti, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms.
