Quality Control Senior Associate (Construction)

What you will do

• Develop and implement site-specific quality control programs for small and mid-sized construction projects.
• Plan and conduct preparatory meetings, initial meetings, inspections, and the four phases of control for project features of work.
• Inspect incoming materials, monitor installations, coordinate third-party inspections and testing, and document deficiencies.
• Track non-conformance issues, rework, corrective actions, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Provide weekly QC status reports and communicate quality activities with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate QC support for MEP equipment inspections, startup, commissioning, and related documentation.

Requirements

• Active Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors certification, or an inactive certification that can be refreshed within three months of hire.
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain it within three months of hire.
• Experience developing site-specific QC programs and establishing the four phases of control.
• Proficiency with Procore and/or Cx Alloy, Microsoft Office, and document control.
• Knowledge of CSA and MEP disciplines, building codes, NFPA-70E, and NEC.
• Effective written and verbal communication with project teams and clients.
