Construction Coordinator

Location: Hybrid, with occasional remote work and primary work from the Mankato, Minnesota office. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Base pay: $47,100–$66,600 USD annually, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate construction loan and lease draw disbursements from the start of construction through completion.
• Review draw requests, invoices, sworn statements, loan documents, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile construction progress and payments against budget line items and identify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Schedule and review project inspections and follow up with clients and contractors on delayed or incomplete work.
• Conduct mechanic’s lien and judgment searches and work with title underwriters to resolve lien issues.
• Process payments through ACH, Concur, wire transfers, and other systems while maintaining complete project files.

Requirements

• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
• Understanding of construction loan requirements for residential and commercial development projects.
• Basic knowledge of lending disbursement processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Knowledge of construction budgeting practices and techniques.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin financial industry and Farm Credit laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
