Solutions Architect - M365 Collab (Microsoft 365)

Location: US - Remote; remote home-office setup determined by SHI management. Occasional travel is required.

Base salary: $110,000–$150,000 annually. Estimated OTE, including bonus and commissions: $150,000–$180,000.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, migrate, and deploy Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and Viva.
• Guide customers and partners on Microsoft 365 deployment best practices, tenant migrations, consolidations, and integrations.
• Analyze customer environments, collect discovery data, and maintain technical documentation, delivery guidance, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with delivery, project, sales, partner, and customer success teams to scope engagements, present solutions, and support opportunity closure.
• Lead the development of Statements of Work and contribute to service offering growth, practice standards, and innovation initiatives.
• Provide technology and architecture recommendations, evaluate hardware and software standards, and help retire legacy solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or related professional experience in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or software engineering, with increasing technical responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, integrating, and migrating Microsoft collaboration technologies.
• 3+ years of experience developing and executing scripts for automation and deployment.
• Experience with large-scale IT project design, deployment, configuration, infrastructure components, and orchestration tools.
• Ability to oversee projects, define technical requirements, design robust solutions, develop SOWs, and support professional services revenue growth.
