Sr. Solutions Engineer - Hybrid (Microsoft Power Platform)

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions, process assessments, root-cause analysis, and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
• Translate operational challenges into analytics, automation, and modernization solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Design, develop, and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Microsoft Power Platform services.
• Build secure, scalable integrations using APIs, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, SQL-based data sources, and other platforms.
• Own solutions across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, enhancements, and operational support.
• Develop reusable patterns and best practices while aligning solutions with architecture, data, security, privacy, governance, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Professional experience designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong consulting, communication, relationship management, discovery facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, SQL-based data sources, and modern integration technologies.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, development and governance standards, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Ability to manage the full solution lifecycle, mentor teammates, share knowledge, and establish reusable delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, SQL, Spark SQL, Python, SAS, or VBA.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics engineering, cloud-based data solutions, and modern integration patterns.
• Experience with governed low-code, automation, AI-assisted, or citizen development initiatives.
• Experience developing intake, prioritization, governance, support, or operational processes for analytics and automation solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, process mapping, root-cause discussions, or solution design reviews.
