Senior SharePoint Architect/Developer (Microsoft 365)

Location: Hybrid position physically located in Taylor, Texas, United States. After-hours support may be required for incidents, production changes, maintenance windows, and security events.

Salary: $135,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect, develop, administer, and continuously improve SharePoint Online and Project Server/Project Online solutions.
• Design secure site architectures, information architectures, permissions models, metadata, document management, search, workflows, templates, and reporting structures.
• Establish and mature Microsoft Power Platform governance, including environment strategies, DLP policies, connector policies, lifecycle management, and support models.
• Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and SharePoint Framework custom web parts and extensions using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Microsoft Graph, and REST APIs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and related services.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Compliance, Identity, Infrastructure, Records Management, and business stakeholders on secure, compliant, and supportable solutions.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of progressively responsible experience in collaboration platform administration, architecture, development, or related Microsoft 365 roles.
• Senior-level experience with SharePoint Online architecture, administration, development, migration, governance, deployment, and support.
• Experience with Project Server or Project Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform governance, and enterprise Microsoft 365 environments supporting more than 1,000 users.
• Practical experience with SharePoint Framework, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell, and formal SDLC practices.
• Experience with secure, regulated, high-availability, or compliance-driven environments, including familiarity with FedRAMP-compliant SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent directly related experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, audit, or information protection.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI-enabled productivity platforms, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, or API-based integrations.
• Knowledge of DISA STIGs, Section 508 accessibility, UX/UI practices, Intune, or Microsoft Azure services.
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, identity, or compliance certifications.
